Role: Integration Developer

• The project involved integration from SAP SuccessFactors to SAP S/4, ECC, C4C, Fieldglass, and various third-party vendors.
• Implemented standard integrations wherever applicable, and worked on 20+ custom integrations to meet the client requirements for various integration scenarios.
• Reviewed all deliverables prior to release ensuring accuracy, completeness, quality assurance standards are met.

Project: Waters Corporation (August 2022 - June 2023)

Role: Integration Lead

• Led integration efforts by conducting initial walkthroughs for client processes and gathering requirements.
• Developed and executed a comprehensive SuccessFactors integration strategy, seamlessly connecting it with SAP S4, Concur, C4C, ADP, and additional third-party vendors.

Project: National Grid UK (July 2023 - August 2024)

Role: Solution Architect

• Led the replication of existing architecture for a new client, ensuring seamless implementation of divestment project requirements.
• Coordinated with 10+ third-party vendors to execute intricate integration designs.

Project: CRH America (August 2024: Ongoing Project)

Role: Integration Lead

• Designed and implemented the integration strategy for SuccessFactors Employee Central, Employee Central Payroll, and SAP Workforce software.

• Executed SAP CPI integration projects, successfully connecting SuccessFactors with SAP and various non-SAP applications.

• Designed and implemented API-based integrations between SuccessFactors and external platforms.
• Monitored and supported over 75 integrations along with developing new custom ones per requirements.
• Developed custom flows for payroll, recruiting, WFS, and learning modules.
• Worked on different adapters: SOAP, SFTP, IDOC, HTTP, SuccessFactors, and SMTP.
• Implemented an alerting mechanism for automated mailers.

• Monitored SAP CPI messages and reviewed tickets, assigning them to appropriate stakeholders based on issue.
