- From Feb- 21 to till date working with Klassic Wheels Ltd. in foundry As Sr.Engineer in Quality from Melting, Casting, Heat Treatment and Shot Processing, Machining, reporting to quality head. Klassic Wheels Ltd is LCV Alloy Wheel manufacturer and supplying to TVS, PIAGGIO, MEW ELECTRICALS, LOHIA, OLA ELECTRICASL.
- Process commands in Gravity Die Casting, Heat Treatment, CNC & Roll Forming.
- Trained and guided onsite and offshore team members in quality assurance standards, policies and procedures.
- Prepared variety of different written communications, reports and documents to ensure smooth operations related with ISO 9001:2015 & IATF 16949.
- Prepared, plan & conduct MSA, SPC, Layout Inspection ,PPAP documentation.
