Responsibilities:

• Managed client accounts, serving as the primary point of contact for inquiries, concerns, and requests.

• Handle Home furnishing department - Towels, Pillows, Rugs, Throws, etc
• Work with overseas Buyers from US, Australia, etc, and handles their respective shipments starting from product development to bulk goods shipping
• Responsible for submitting the quotes to the Buyer
• Coordinate information with QC, packaging, sourcing & production to ensure the product and customers needs are met
• Develop relationships with customer logistics departments to meet timely shipments
• Responsible for management reports outlining customer volume
• Responsible for making WIP reports and share with Buyers on weekly basis
• To make an Inspection schedule for the QCs and check their reports upon receipt before sending to the customer.

• Collaborate with designers and suppliers to develop new home textile products that meet the customer's requirements and demands
• Responsible for managing the production of orders from start to finish, including order placement, production planning, quality control, and shipping
• Closely worked with Buyers and Suppliers, providing regular updates on production progress and resolving any issues that may arise
• Ensuring that the products meet the required quality standards by conducting pre-shipment inspections and spot checks during production
• Closely worked with Suppliers to ensure that the products are delivered on time and in the required quantity
• Responsible for ensuring that all required documentation, such as shipping documents, invoices, and packing lists, are complete and accurate.

• Worked in the Terry Towel Department
• Coordinated with vendors, buyers and our internal departments to make sure all shipments go timely and without any hassles
• Coordinated with HOD's of the all concerned department to monitor the progress of any project given to me to ensure it doesn't get struck at any stage.

• Handling production of 10 MT/shift with 50000 spindles
• Supervising 100 operators/shift
• Ensuring all processes are done correctly while making Carded, Combed, Polyester/Cotton Blended yarn, Open End, etc
