• Developed and optimized a halobutyl-based formulation for rubber-to-metal bonded automotive components, achieving strong adhesion to iron substrates and high durability under axial and torsional strain.
• Improved long-term component reliability and reduced failure rates through systematic formulation screening and performance evaluation.

Development of Sponge-Grade Silicone Rubber Formulation ( M.Tech Internship Project ) (June 2023 - April 2024)

• Studied the effect of different chemical blowing agents on cellular structure formation in high-consistency silicone rubber for extreme-condition applications.
