• Physical Installation:- Perform physical OS installations of various equipment & Remote Access for Devices (Nvidia Devices, Cameras, networking, Cables, etc).

• Linux Proficiency: Have a basic understanding of Linux systems & Command.

• Multilingual Support and Communication:- Communicate effectively in English, Hindi to collaborate with senior technicians. Assist in resolving technical issues related to network, Systems, and installations.

• Documentation:-Maintain detailed records of installations and configurations. Document Troubleshooting procedures and solutions.

• Customer Interaction:- Interact with customers professionally to understand and address Their Requirements. Provide clear and concise explanations of technical solutions.

• Vendor Management:- Coordinate with vendors regarding project requirements.

*Installing and configuring computer Hardware, Software, System Networks, Printers and scanners and file backup.

*Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks.

* Attending to service issues and requests within specified turn-around Time.

* Providing remote technical support across the country to all Employees.

* Setting up accounts for new users Office 365 Admin, VPN etc.

* Repairing and replacing equipment as necessary.

*Configuration of biometric.

* Company asset and equipment management. *Maintain records and logs for repairs and fixes and maintenance Schedule.

*Configuration of Mikro-Tik router and switches

*Troubleshooting of complex networking system.

*Designing, configuring, implementing and testing Of LAN, WAN, IPOE, PPPOE and also configuration of TCP/IP, UDP, Logs configuration and Data backup.
