Project: Incident Tracker Development

Tools: PowerApps, SharePoint and Power Automate.

Description: Initially IICC was using Ms-Excel as a Data Source , as a part of the technology upgradation the Data is Migrated from Excel to SharePoint as the Data Source. Being a Manufacturing Unit, they would like to record all the incidents that occurred in their plant to study the cause and to minimize the risk from the incidents. So the application created helped them to store the data properly and to access it based on the roles, power automated flow was created to auto generate the incident case numbers. The user were given privilege access to the data based on their designation. The application developed was user friendly, as multiple users can use them on different devices as the resolution's screen were built.

Roles and Responsibilities:

· Worked on Incident Report Generator Screen, fields and Gallery.

· Worked on data import from Excel to existed SharePoint Incident Report List using Template. Worked on testing UI Screens & formulas.

· Generate Case number by using Power Automate flow.

Project: Employee tracker

Tools: PowerApps, SharePoint and Power Automate

Description: Developing an employee tracker application on PowerApps to streamline workforce management and enhance organizational efficiency by providing real-time visibility into employee locations, tasks, and performance, while ensuring data security and compliance with privacy regulations. The datasource used is directly integrated by using SQl connectors in Powerapps platform.

Roles and responsibilities:

· Created a streamlined access to employee information, reducing the time spent searching for contacts.

· Enabled an enhanced communication and collaboration among employees and departments.

· Improved data accuracy through self-service profile updates.

· Better utilization of human resources and a more informed workforce.
