• Driving employee connect & communication programs like town halls, focused group discussions, one-on-one meetings, and satisfaction survey etc.
• Designed annual engagement activity calendar and introduced engagement MIS to bring visibility of program.
• Introduced HR Help desk to address employee grievance and review tracker to ensure prompt resolution of grievances along with cordial employee relations.

MIS & HR Analytics

• Providing standard and ad-hoc analytics support to Management by analyzing & converting raw data into meaning information for effective business decision.
• Preparing various reports like: Head count report, Absenteeism report, Monthly On-boarding report, Leave trend analysis, Probation to confirmation report analysis, Cost analysis i.e provision vs actual cost, Attrition report analysis through exit interview reports
