I have Created reusable templates/codes which helped parallel teams to leverage it with ease for their use cases. >20% uplift in starts in a major upsell location with
• Built a statistical model to check correlation between Acquisition/ Retention and delivery speed in order to explore opportunity areas and identified strong correlation between long-term prime plan Signups and glance views for Top-10 tiered cities with a R-squared value of ~80%. I have Predicted an uplift of ~0.25% for every 10bps increment in glance views and the accuracy remained well within the variance of ~5% in production.

• Devising effective methods for project benefit calculation across territories.

Achievement

• Took initiative to develop scalable software application/product for "Shipment Line Cost Optimization" project and made ~ AED 1.8 million direct impact on bottom line over a period of 2 months and expected to save the cost to company by ~ AED 5 million per year which helped me bag the Corporate Award

• Part of Research and Development (R&D) team and have done Data Science projects on various Business problems of CPG industry using text analytics
• Worked on Large datasets and solved training data problems using sampling techniques

Achievement

• Delivered 3 Text classification models in the span of 6 months with 100% acceptance by the client
• A project "Restaurant menu items categorization" have categorized unstructured restaurant menu items to client specific categories with ~98% accuracy and have been a trusted model for use by marketing specialists during my tenure in the company

• Lead a team of 5 people. Independently managed and delivered analytical solutions in the areas like digital marketing, customer profiling, post-campaign analysis, cross channel customer propensity & forecasting

Achievement

• Mentored 2 interns from ISI Chennai to create real time automated campaigns performance report using Tableau while also applying statistical testing techniques like t-test to validate customer lift and revenue
