• Managed the execution of Advance Vibration Monitoring (AVM) services for Tata Steel OMQ, Khandbon 16D project at Tata Steel Joda East Iron mine, ensuring effective monitoring and control of vibrations.
• Led digitization project for drill and blast processes in Tata Steel coal Mines utilizing BlastIQ platform to streamline operations and boost efficiency.
• Championed Orica's pioneering initiative in underground AVM by spearheading the utilization of electronic blasting systems. Led a team to manage all aspects of drill & blast design and execution for stope blasting located just 40 meters below ground.
