Swimming has been a significant part of my life for as long as I can remember. Growing up near the coast, the water became my second home, offering both a playground and a sanctuary. What began as simple play evolved into a passion, making swimming one of my most cherished hobbies. One of the greatest benefits of swimming is its impact on physical health. As a full-body workout, swimming enhances cardiovascular fitness, tones muscles, and improves flexibility.

My journey with Urdu poetry began in the year 2020 at the time of covid-19, captivated by the soulful verses and profound emotions embedded in this rich literary tradition. What started as a casual interest soon turned into a passionate hobby, offering me a deep well of cultural heritage, aesthetic beauty, and personal reflection. Urdu poetry and iconic peots like Jaun Eia, Faiz Ahmed Faiz, Ahmad Faraz, Parveen Shakir, Pirzada Qasim, Munir Niazi, many more are very close to my heart and listening to them is bliss and privilege.
