Conducted prevalence study on key virulence factors CagA, VacA, and jhp950 from Helicobacter pylori isolates in Kolkata.
Completed M.Sc. dissertation project over duration of six months.

• Carried out selective culture of Helicobacter pylori from gastric biopsy samples under microaerophilic conditions
• Cultured and maintained clinical bacterial isolates under aseptic conditions.
• Performed biochemical identification and Molecular detection (PCR) while ensuring strict contamination control.
• Prepared and sterilized microbiological media; operated autoclaves and incubators per SOPs.

• Utilized RT-PCR platforms for microbial detection, including QuantStudio 5, CFX 96, and MotorGene Q.
• Researched Specialized infection and evaluated its clinical implications.
