  • Part of the Team Originations under Issuing Core, responsible for onboarding new clients, interacting with credit bureaus, and supporting application decisioning processes.
  • Our role as a Development team is to handle projects that come on the ADM or ACE platforms, catering to both consumer and commercial segments.
  • Our tasks usually involved XMLM, Batch, and MQ changes together, sometimes online too. Most of the time it was work on the existing codes.
  • Testing responsibilities span all four regions, making it a continuous challenge.
  • Onboarded around 10 clients on ADM. ADM setups involved setting up of Hlqs, Files, FCTs, Queues, Screens, Batch Jobs, Scheduling etc for the client.
  • Engaged in decommissioning efforts - removing hard-coded logic, purging applications from ADM and ACE, Removing jobs.
  • Involved in hard code scan projects for various clients.
  • Worked on CBA reporting tasks, running specific JCLs for report generation.
  • Gained some understanding of TS1 assembler code through code changes and testing activities.
  • Active member of the Employee engagement team - helping organize internal events, boost team interaction. I use this opportunity to socialize more and improve public speaking.

  • Company Overview: The company worked on Health Care Domain.
  • I worked on various tasks that involved application maintenance work. Reviewed existing codes and added new functionalities as per the business requirement.
  • Developed around 13 new Batch Programs there, primarily involving CRUD operations on DB2 Table and Files.
  • Developed a CICS screen Program from scratch. Also, worked on multiple existing CICS programs for any modifications.
  • Participated in the Easytrieve-to-Cobol conversion initiative. Successfully converted 7 of them into Cobol While managing routine deliverables in parallel.
  • Handled various support tickets raised by business. Including tasks related to NCS set up (Adding a new client), Table refreshes, Decommission, program scans and various other time critical aids.
  • Was very active part of Employee Engagement Team.
