PCRF Sweden Go-Live & BRM15 Upgrade: 02/2022 - 05/2024

As one of the Key Oracle BRM Tester for the PCRF (Policy and Charging Rules Function) Go-Live project in Sweden, I played a pivotal role in ensuring the successful deployment and functionality of the billing and policy management systems. My responsibilities included:

• Test Strategy Development: Creation of comprehensive test plans and test cases tailored to the unique requirements of the PCRF integration with Oracle BRM, ensuring all billing scenarios were meticulously covered.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Worked closely with project stakeholders, including developers, business analysts, and product owners to facilitate smooth communication throughout the project lifecycle.
• Execution of Testing Phases: Conducted extensive functional, regression, and Integration testing of the Oracle BRM components.
• Defect Management: Identified, documented, and tracked 320+ defects using JIRA, collaborating with the development team to ensure timely resolution and retesting of issues prior to Go-Live.
• User Acceptance Testing (UAT): Coordinated and supported UAT sessions with business users, providing guidance on test scenarios and capturing feedback to enhance system usability.
• Go-Live Support: Actively participated in the Go-Live process, performing last-minute testing & validations.

This project not only reinforced my expertise in Oracle BRM testing, but also enhanced my skills in managing critical testing phases under tight deadlines, ensuring a successful Go-Live that met business objectives and user expectations.

Participated in the Testing of Oracle BRM applications, focusing on rating and billing processes.

Release Delivery and Testing: 09/2021 - 12/2021

In my role as an Oracle BRM Tester, I have consistently supported ongoing release delivery and testing processes to ensure the seamless implementation of new features and enhancements.

• Release Planning and Coordination: Collaborated with project teams to define release schedules, objectives, and scope, ensuring alignment with business goals and user needs.
• Test Case Development: Designed and executed comprehensive test cases for new features, regression testing, and critical bug fixes.

Through these efforts, I have contributed to the successful delivery of few releases, ensuring that enhancements meet quality standards and provide value to users.

• Worked as Sales & Support Executive in Genpact (GoDaddy websites) for 6 months
