- Coordinate with R&D New Products Developments groups to develop strategies for new products.
- Knowledge of APQP and PPAP Documentation
- Prepare project timelines and identify all resources requirement and evaluate financials for manufacturing processes.
- Monitor status of all new products and ensure effective execution of projects according to required policies, procedures.
- Prepare plans for all NPI projects and coordinate with all concern departments and ensure good quality of product.
- Coordinate with engineering and product management departments and develop and implement Manufacturing Plan for products.
- Define CFT conduct MOM for understanding customer needs, expectations, and other engineering requirements with CFT.
- Study of BOM, assembly documents, drawings for product process/ parameters for FMEA verification and validation, Ensure line setup, define process, parameters, tools, jigs, fixtures and other requirements check all customer supplied tooling/ jigs/ fixtures to ensure that it is in a usable condition. Stencil and wave pallets procurement. Jigs, tools and fixtures development and establish delivery schedule. Engineering preparations, machine programming as process control measures, profile board and golden sample produced with the support from quality. Online training to operators for new product assembly process
- Create manufacturing plans for prototype, pilot production and full production.
- Assist Manufacturing department and manage communication across all departments.
- Perform production test according to manufacturing process instructions.
- Ensure compliance to all ECN procedures and work instructions.
- Work with engineering and assist in transition to make prototypes into cost efficient and high volume products.
- Analyze and recommend improvements to all production process and methods to facilitate cost reduction and quality improvement.

- ICT Machine setup and testing hardware installation like Pneumatic and software setup.
- Knowledge of Conformal coating Machines, Program and maintenance.
- Coordinate with senior management and maintain knowledge on product status and prepare appropriate reports.
- Supervise the day-to-day production task assignment and manage performance of all engineering employees.
