Adept in dermatosurgery and clinical diagnosis, I leveraged my skills at Aura Skin Institute to master laser procedures, injectables, and body sculpting, significantly enhancing patient care. My patience and effective communication have been pivotal in my roles, from Medical Officer to Assistant Professor, achieving notable advancements in dermatological practices. In 2017 I finished my residency training program at Department of Dermatovenereology at Alexandrovska” University Hospital in Sofia, one of the largest multispecialty hospitals in Bulgaria. Since then I started working as dermatologist in Department of dermatosurgery and oncodermatology in University Oncology Hospital in Sofia, Bulgaria. This gave me the opportunity to acquire good practical skills and techniques in diagnosis and excision of different types skin cancer. This hospital is the largest centеr for dermatosurgery in Bulgaria. We perform approximately more than 800 excision, SLNB and lymph node dissection. It also introduced me to many diverse and rare oncology cases in different anatomical sites, practice different skin flaps and skin grafts. There, I did not only perform only surgery treatment but Ialso in charge of diagnosis and evaluating various skin problem especially adverse side effects during treatment with different oncology medication, examining biopsy specimens together with our pathology team, and managing and monitoring of patients of target and immyno-therapy.
Since 2020 I am a Head of Department of dermatosurgery and oncodermatology in University Oncology Hospital, which further encourages me to study and practice more, and to introduce in our clinic new and modern methods for the treatment of skin tumors.
