  • Maintaining Cost of Goods sold as per the defined budgets.
  • Checking the control points and analyzing the reasons to minimize the wastages and pilferage's through innovative initiatives.
  • Ensuring all the inventory processes are followed in managing the consumable and non-consumable items
  • Coordinating with the concerned stakeholders for timely delivery of the all the items to avoid any kind of stock out situation

Training Responsibilities: (Miraj Cinemas)

  • Conducting trainings and certifications for all the team members at the Cinema as per the Training Calendar and Process Training Plan,
  • Driving training all the Housekeeping (HK) staff on all processes for Cleanliness and Hygiene:
  • Preparing monthly training (Initial Training & Follow Up) plan for all the existing and new resources in HK team
  • Ensuring delivery of trainings as per the plan from all the stakeholders including self.
