· Preparation of DPR.
· Responsible to implement the quality checks and maintain records for incoming material, Consumable.
· Responsible for conducting quality test such as: fit-up, welding, DPT, Radiography Test, Ultrasonic test, Hydro test , blasting and Painting.
· Looking for fabrication and Erection
· Carry out the construction, erection & testing activities as per approved construction drawings And work methods–with the required Quality and EHS–within the required time and cost.
· Looking for the Wrapping-Coating work.
· Preparation of Reconciliation Statement for MS Steel and other site related materials.
· Responsible to make micro planning, resource allocation, client bill certification.
· Carry out the construction, erection of 60TON Gantry as per approved construction drawings and work methods with the required Quality &EHS-within the required time and cost.
1. Evaluation of Mechanical properties of Aluminum Metal Matrix Composites reinforced with Silicon Carbide and Boron Carbide, This study is mainly due to improved mechanical and tribological properties like strength, stiffness, abrasion, impact resistance and wear-resistance of the aluminum 6061 reinforced with boron carbide (B4C) & Silicon Carbide (SiC). Four aluminum 6061 composite specimens reinforced with SiC and B4C with different weight percentages using a stir casting method. The combination of Al, SiC, B4C resulted in a metallic product and we have performed hardness test, Tensile test, Wear test and SEM test and measured the results.
2.Design and Development of a Mechanism to Help the Physically Disabled Persons and old aged People to move on the stairs, Transportation and commutation is major issue in an organization. In any educational organization, we find aged professors or physically challenged people finding difficulty in climbing stairs. In order to make it easy for them to climb stairs or make them move easily from one level to the other, we have developed a mechanism using Chain drive. A chain drive is a positive drive, has no slip. Hence this is more efficient and is also easy to construct and to maintain.
