Project Details: Guidewire Implementation for Auto Club Enterprises (ACE) :

Auto Club Enterprises (ACE) leverages the Guidewire platform to streamline and automate key insurance processes, including policy administration, claims management, and billing. Led the migration of Auto Club Enterprises (ACE) to Guidewire Cloud, consolidating legacy systems and modernizing insurance operations for 18M+ members across 22 states.

Responsibilities/Deliverables:

• Worked as both a Manual and Automation Tester, ensuring comprehensive validation of functionalities.
• Analyzed business requirements and derived test scenarios.
• Designed and executed manual test cases for functional, regression, and smoke testing.
• Developed and maintained automated scripts using TestCafe for ClaimCenter workflows.
• Validated end-to-end workflows for claim creation, financial transactions, exposure management, and closures.
• Automated test cases for financial transactions, claims submissions, and payouts.
• Conducted API testing for SOAP/REST services using SoapUI and Postman.
• Logged and tracked defects in Jira, and collaborated with cross-functional teams for resolution.
• Generated and shared test execution reports in TeamCity. Performed database validations and performance testing. Updated the regression suite after each sprint’s functional testing.

Automated Techniques:

• Automated regression testing and sprint-level test cases using TestCafe.
• Conducted API automation for validating payloads and headers.
• Automated database-related validations for financial transactions.

Process:

• Adopted Agile with Scrum methodology.
• Managed tasks and progress using Jira.
• Reported and tracked defects through Jira for timely resolution.

Project Details: Travel Security Manager.

• Travel Security Manager is the best leading travel tracking application that will track our subscribed clients' travels while providing assistance based on their requirements.
• The key function of the application is to add United Health’s general ledger values and other attributes required for financial analysis to financial transactions, i.e., medical claims, pharmacy claims, revenue, membership, etc. From entities not on the United platform.
• The functionality of Financial Integration Services is to deliver these tagged transactions to downstream.

Responsibilities and Deliverables:

• Create a scope document on a sprint basis.
• Create Test cases for sprint.
• Setting priorities for test cases.
• Updating the regression suite based on priorities.
• Reviewing the scope document prepared by the rest of the team members.
• Reviewing Test cases designed by others.
• Providing estimations.
• Manual test execution on all environments.
• Database validation.
• Updating the regression suite after functional testing.

Automated techniques:

• Running the Suit for regression testing.
