Provide comprehensive functional and technical support for radiology equipment, CT , MRI and CATHLAB(GE,SIEMENS,PHILIPS,HITACHI)

• Coach, train, and mentor customer technicians on technical aspects and safe equipment operation.

• Conduct preventive and corrective maintenance in line with OEM guidelines, ensuring safety and functionality in critical care equipment

.• Maintain accurate service records, maintenance logs, and equipment reports in compliance with ISO and NABH standards.

• Coordinate with cross-functional teams including R&D, QA, and production for continuous product improvement and client feedback resolution.

• Specialized attention and servicing of radiology equipments of CT and MRI.
• Experience in building RF cages, Shimming magnets.
• Hands on experience in MRI coil designs and Rf Aquistion spectrometers
• Collaborated with multidisciplinary specialists to research and develop solutions to address issues.
• Hands on experience in analyzing complicated boards and restoration.Capable of handling complicated technical problems and image quality issue with machines.
• Planning and construction of Operation theaters , intensive care units , radiology suits for MRI, CT, ULTRASOUND and cardiac centers.
• We are consultants worldwide for repair and design solutions and have contract with many hospitals and medical imaging companies in india and abroad
• Provided technical support to healthcare professionals regarding the use of medical devices.
• Ability to work well with a team,Responsible for managing customer expectations in delivering superior levels of service.
