• Responsible for End-to-End CAPEX reporting for Pacific region. Preparing AR & WIP dashboards to analyze the DRO status & presenting them to the regional CFO & Business leaders.
• Performing Quarterly forecasting, assist in AOP, Budgets & submitting them into the system. Preparing Quarterly Business Review Decks, Cost of Sales, Client utilization & project revenue reports.

• Analyzing program Budget & expense drivers & preparation & submission of detailed program budgets.
• Consolidation, Validation & analysis of Operational expenses against budgets, provide Variance explanations & effect adjustments to programmatic plans/budgets.
• Preparation, Implementation & monitoring of budgets, monitor expenditure & Budget forecast.
• Preparation of financial reports such as, Grant Balance report, Monthly Pipeline report to project net funding requirement, reporting monthly financial & contractual obligation numbers to India Country Director, Preparing Replenishment report to project the actual funds required for India CO overall monthly expenses.

• Managing the annual planning and Budgeting process: Roll-Forward, Top-Down, Bottom-Up Zero-Based operating budgets.
• Ensuring annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting and analysis requirements are achieved accurately, completely and in a timely basis.
• Managing the forecast process and systems, setting guidelines procedures and standards; consolidating and analyzing results; developing, preparing and presenting results to senior management.
• Providing meaningful, concise and clear analysis, including variance analysis to senior management on financial issues and performance (actual Vs budget/forecast/prior quarter/prior year etc).
• Prepare Risk and Opportunity Analysis based on YTD Overrun / Savings vs. Budget.
• Responsible for ensuring quality & on time delivery of reports / adhoc with necessary analytics including trend analysis / key performance indicators / cost drivers.

• Finance Operations Financial Planning, Forecasting and Analysis Reporting. Handled Management Reporting (Data Management) for HSBC business units, HSBC Retail and Wealth Management.
• Performed Variance analysis, monthly management report and Actuals Vs.Budget variance analysis. Monthly business commentaries submissions on various HSBC units.
• Preparing monthly Cost centers Hierarchy Management report.
• Calculation of NII (Net Interest Income), NFI (Net Fee Income), Cost & Balance Sheet data for CIIOM entities. Submission of Non-Financial data & Risk Weighted Assets (RWAs) numbers for HSBC UK & European entities on weekly & Monthly basis.
