- Spearheading a team of 50 members; managing end-to-end engineering, CAM (Common Area Maintenance) Property Management, & facilities maintenance planning and building Safety & environment
- Heading the entire maintenance & operations activities as per the goals of organization; developing new initiatives to create Annual Operating Plan (AOP) to support strategic directions
- Providing leadership across wide variety of activities which includes: Strategic Planning, Maintenance, Industry enabled 52 weeks PPM schedules, Quality, Engineering, Cost Optimization
- Process Improvements, Stakeholder and Team Management with adherence to the legal, statutory, and regulatory compliance
- Heading the Operations as per the defined targets, safe, continual & efficient operations, monitoring plant performance and ensuring optimal utilization of resources to achieve desired goals
- Showcasing skills in restructuring (O&M, Procurement, Maintenance, Quality, Engineering& so on) in accordance with defined processes and procedures
- Liaising with top management for evolving strategic vision, driving change, introducing new ideas and taking business performance and productivity to the next level
- Establishing and executing effective techniques to bring efficiency in-plant operations to improve quality standards & to achieve maximum cost savings
- Supervising end-to-end projects for set-up, expansion, modernization, installation of equipment, finalization of technical specifications, procurement and so on
- Monitoring functions & formulating models for engineering activities like troubleshooting & breakdown/ preventive/ shutdown Maintenance for bringing down process control instruments downtime to a minimum level
- Establishing SOPs & checklists; devising procedures for isolation & emergencies and conducting audits
- Formulating operating budgets, tracking & reviewing budget milestones, optimizing generation costs through proper load plan and performing variance analysis
- Monitoring work sites & any outstanding HSE issues and ensuring that the safety is implemented in timeliness of deliverables, extending support to team members by defining standard safety practices
- Studying & analyzing continuous process data for process parameter deviations; comparing data for continuous improvement in process & for troubleshooting
- Organizing need-based knowledge sharing sessions for staff; imparting training to the staff for skill enhancement
- Managing end-to-end activities along with operations, testing, commissioning, snagging, and handing over.
- Energy billing, water billing, gas billing etc., energy billing as deed agreed.
- Having ability as team member of PM to plan the security posting on based on the criticality of building & events for controlling the traffic.
- Team performance evaluation & improvements programs.
- 52-week PPM schedule preparation and tracking day to day operation AMC tracking etc.
