- Facilitated the resolution of the issues raised by representatives from production division related to limited series production regarding nonstandardized loom lengths across helicopters and enable weight reduction of helicopter for better fuel economy and increased customer delight through standardization of loom fabrication with the help of 1:1 bunching drawings and universal loom boards in a multi-stakeholder, cross-functional initiative involving hundreds of professionals from several departments of Helicopter division.
- Facilitated the fault diagnosis and rectification of issues observed during the initial build of indigenously developed utility helicopter.
- Won appreciation from the management and other divisions for effective establishment of the Preliminary Inspection (PI) checking facilities at the newly established Industry 4.0 based Helicopter Division facility at Tumakuru.
- Co-ordinate with management and internal stakeholders for the implementation of Digital Loom Board in the assembly line for time saving and efficiency improvement of production facility at the company.
- Saving generation to the company through efforts like designing and implementation of automatic loom tester for an indigenously developed helicopter for the assembly line production including preparation of specifications, obtaining budgetary specifications from vendors, getting approval for procurement from concerned agencies etc.
- Involved in activities for the implementation of Industry 4.0 aspects to daily working environments like Automatic Work Instruction generation based on drawings in PLM (Teamcentre, Windchill etc.).
- Actively involved for co-ordination with industry experts in the concerned area, discussions and implementation of a pilot project to assess the utilization of the technology to suite the working nature of the company.
- Suggested workable ideas in functional areas like Methods, Final Assembly in line with the requirements for Industry 4.0 initiatives at Helicopter division.
- Effectively established cost savings to the company by involved in activities for finalizing the contracts related to Industry 5.0 based advanced technologies like Virtual Reality, Mixed Reality etc based maintenance training packages.
- Co-ordinating for the design and development of fully immersive Virtual Reality based maintenance training package developed to the customers for the indigenously developed utility helicopter from the initial stage.
- The whole process involves the managerial co-ordinations with more than 200 people.
- Co-ordinating for the design and development of Computer based training package and troubleshooting based package developed to the customers for the indigenously developed utility helicopter from the initial stage.
- Involved in the testing and verification of indigenously designed and developed Computer based Training package to the Defence customers for the indigenously developed combat helicopter.
- Involved in the development and post supply support for Asia's first of a kind extensive fully immersive VR based maintenance training package in aviation industry developed for combat helicopter to Defence customers.
- Involved in the meetings with the customer for understanding the requirements projected by them for future projects, for proposing the concerned solutions after technical analysis, for facilitating the resolution of technical queries etc.
