Creating a VCD Migration tool that will facilitate workload migration to new cluster/Provider-VDC on a per ORG-VDC basis. This will be a script-based “Migration Tool” built outside of the VCD binary to automate the creation and configuration of the target ORG-VDCs. The tool will execute recompose VCloud /VCloud-OpenAPI calls.
