Main Responsibilities:

• Understanding the requirements and drafted the test cases based on the stories and providing the test estimations.
• During the execution of test cases, identified defects and assigned them to developers for resolution and tracked the progress of these defects using Azure DevOps.
• Perform PVT (Production Verification Testing) and provide support during software releases.
• Have written various SQL queries for testing the SQL server database and performed database testing.
• Conducted walkthroughs with project members to explain and discuss test design and documentation.
• Actively participated in daily stand-up meetings, providing updates on the status of testing tasks and progress and defect triage meetings, and raised concerns about the impact of the defects.
• Work closely with On-site Test Lead, Project Manager, BA and Dev team to complete the assigned task.
• Working in Canada product launch and validation the different new server URLs and verifying through Postman and Ready API.
• As per regression testing ran the automation scripts by using the Ready API and Test Complete to find the flaws.

• Telefónica is a Spanish multinational broadband and telecommunications provider with operations in Europe, Asia and North, Central and South America,Operating globally, it is one of the largest telephone operators and mobile network providers in the world Telefónica brand also trades as O2.Telefonica provides Functional and Non-functional test support to client’s various applications. Major focus tuned to 2 main applications-Carex and RFE which are used by the Customer care agents and the retail outlet stores under Telefonica.

Main Responsibilities:

• Experience in debugging and modification of existing scripts.
• Involved in Functional Testing, Integration Testing, System Testing, Regression Testing and User Acceptance Testing.
• Experience in End to End testing of features including functional, API and DB Testing.
• Involved in Requirement Analysis, Test Planning, Test Case creation, Test case execution and Defect Tracking
• Tested multiple parallel releases of different applications.
• Actively involved to work collaboratively with developers, project managers, Clients and other stakeholders.
