- Creating and setting up new funds in the database and mapping them accordingly to business line and updating the prices to new and respective funds for their identifiers.
- Ensure that fund setups and NAV calculation are produced in a timely manner as per SLA. Includes accurate report generation & timely delivery of reports.
- Transforming the data and inputting data accurately into the database by running macros.
- Creating feeds to flow the prices from the pricing mailbox into the database by setting up rules for the file as per the price file we receive and will fix the feed if there is any change is file name, file format or sender.
- Generating the Stale reports, New funds report, Price variance report, Currency discrepancy report and approaching the fund manager for the price enquiry and take the corporate action if any.
- Gained expertise in Corporate Actions, including handling Mergers, Liquidation, In-Liquidation, Dormant, Reactivation, Fund Suspension, Stock split & Fund name change. Ensuring all actions are accurately reflected in client database.
- Approving the feeds, new price and requesting fund manager for new price.
- Resolving the daily client queries relating to the New fund setup, Fund pricing & Corporate action request.
