Presently engaged in Smart City Project under PMIDC, Chandigarh and previously executed utilities scale solar rooftop & ground mounted power plants.

Key Responsibilities:-

• Understand the PV layout diagram, Single line diagram, Plant Earthing layout, HT & LT panels diagram, Lightening arrestors layout
• Executed civil activities like area grading, pile marking, pile drilling, pile capping; module mounting structure & PV module installation; associated cables excavation or laying of perforated cable trays etc.
• Performed electrical activities like DC & AC cabling work; string connections of PV modules; installation of string combiner box, string inverters or central inverters; installation of LT & HT panels, inverter duty & power transformer, UPS & batteries, CT & PT panels, associated cabling works for switchgear components & ABT energy meter
• Involved in installation of Lightening arrestors with earth pits and earth-grid system of entire plant.
• Determining project objectives, scope, and deliverables by thoroughly comprehending tender agreement and technical specifications.
• Conduct site assessment to determine project planning by highlighting various parameters like quality of land, power evacuation report, other logistics etc.
• Collaborate with on-site Project Director, Project Commercial Manager, Safety and Quality Managers during construction phase.
• Coordinate with Engineering team for timely issuance of all project diagrams, share inputs for any modification or alteration in specified layouts as per site conditions
• Rigorously follow up with 5 sub-contractors, 10 supervisors, 5 gang leaders and other stakeholders to implement project plan for timely completion of all activities.
• Establish and maintain productive working relationships with all stakeholders
• Maintain and record checklist of all deliverables for electrical parameters or associated compliance as per specifications defined in contract agreement.
• Minutely verifying the running bills of materials, spares and services rendered by the contractor & OEMs
• Prepare & submit the organization’s running bills of deliverable materials & services rendered along with compliance documents.

• Performed commissioning tests to verify the functionality and performance of the solar power plant components and systems
• Oversee site preparation, foundation construction, mounting system installation, and electrical wiring.

• Communicated with industrial equipment installers to deliver technical support throughout project execution & handover phase
• Prepared construction documents to meet client requirements and tender compliance
• Maintained records for commissioned projects.

• Worked with software development and testing team members to design and develop robust solutions to meet client requirements for functionality, scalability and performance.
