1. Works with the Project area/JJ Colony to identify and select Registered Children within the Project area/JJ Colony area and coordinating with the National Office sponsorship team regarding preparing the correct RC information.
2. Maintains good relation with the community and the registered children (RC) •
3. Provides administrative, secretarial and clerical support on all matters related to the retention, monitoring and graduation of sponsored children.
4. Set definite criteria on matters related to child sponsorship rules and regulations. • Timely dispatch of all correspondences of RCs.
5. Timely flow of information and reports to National office, support offices as required.
6. Facilitate timely completion and mailing of accurately done Annual Progress Reports (APR) of children and Christmas cards in the community.

1. Monitoring and reporting district physical and financial performance of MGNREGA scheme to district administration and state MGNREGA cell.
2. Developing capacity of local government/PRI/block, Village level staffs and other stack holders in consultation with district administration and state MGNREGA cell to identifying bottleneck in program implementation.
