Key Projects:

• Conscious Patterns: Worked with ASCI Academy to audit leading Indian apps for deceptive design patterns, creating a Dark Pattern Taxonomy with 12 defined categories and ethical alternatives. Co-designed ConsciousPatterns.in, a first-of-its-kind public platform and Ethical Design Gallery that set new benchmarks for responsible digital design in India.
• Urbanpiper: Transformed UrbanPiper’s POS, order management, and analytics tools into a connected restaurant OS. Conducted in-depth field research and vision workshops with PMs, engineers, and designers, and established a unified navigation and design system that merged three standalone products into one seamless, scalable experience.
• xfactrs: Led the redesign of xfactrs, a complex enterprise SaaS platform for revenue leakage detection. Simplified system-heavy workflows into intuitive UX by reimagining dashboards, building a scalable design system, and streamlining checkpoint and query-building processes. Partnered with analysts, sysadmins, CPO, and dev teams to introduce agentic AI into core workflows, enabling faster decisions, higher adoption, and reduced manual effort across the workforce.

Led the development of a tailored Gen-Z engagement volunteering service through collaborative workshops in Business entrepreneurship, Digital Transformation, and Marketing. Utilized service blueprinting and hypothesis testing to shape the client's market entry strategy and drive meaningful social impact.

At Think Design Collaborative, I worked with a diverse team of designers on projects across fintech, healthcare, and industrial domains for clients such as Qfund, Ultratech Cements, and GE Electricals. A highlight was redesigning an e-banking dashboard, where I learned to translate complex requirements into clearer, user-centered experiences. This role taught me how to collaborate with clients and stakeholders, run design sprints, and adapt quickly in challenging environments. It was a formative experience that sharpened my technical skills while helping me grow into a more thoughtful and versatile designer.

As a UI/UX Design intern at 17Seven, I redesigned the onboarding flow of a leading digital banking app, streamlining the process and improving user adoption through iterative design and testing.
