Responsibilities:

• Processing Customer orders in SAP, Editing orders, making change of delivery address or billing address as per customer request
• Processing wire payments, apply cash and checks in SAP and researching on any discrepancies, Pending customer debits and credits, Contacting customer for any additional supporting
• Creating Debit/credit notes, Timely extraction of POD copies and Connecting with our delivery partners for any delivery discrepancies
• Connect with Customer Trade Analyst for resolutions, submitting payments to Vendors, settle the customer account by viewing debit & credit balances and ensuring clearance of the same, Collating and generating reports for monthly basis and send customer for reconciliation of balances
• Processing pricing deductions taken by customers and validating, connect with downstream team for balances/discrepancies if any
• Coordinating with team in absence of manager to avoid any spills and Allocation of daily actionable to team members.

• Preparing Daily Business report
• Auditing of Daily sales report, TSA upsell report and reconciliation of Discount coupons
