• Comparative machine learning and structural analysis of RNA-binding specificity in TDP-43 and IGF2BP3 (University of Liverpool, 2025–Present): Analysed eCLIP-seq datasets to extract sequence and RNA-structure features, built and evaluated machine-learning models to predict RNA-binding sites, and integrated ML outputs with RNA structure analysis and protein–RNA docking to interpret functional binding behaviour.
• A Sex Hormone Catalyses Biological Nitrogen Fixation (National Institute of Fundamental Studies, 2024): Conducted laboratory experiments and molecular docking to study hormone–enzyme interactions influencing biological nitrogen fixation, generating experimental data that contributed to a peer-reviewed research manuscript which will be published soon.
• Phytochemicals from Withania somnifera Against Antibiotic-Resistant Pseudomonas aeruginosa (PES University, 2023–2024): Investigated antimicrobial activity using disc diffusion assays and computational modelling, performed molecular docking and molecular dynamics simulations to evaluate phytochemical–target interactions, and published the research findings.
