• Greetings and welcome guest manager complaints professionally.
• Overseas order taking, coordinate with kitchen for timely dilevery.
• Maintain inventory of dinning essentials, ensure area is fully stocked.
• Keep accurate records of daily operations and staff attendance,etc.

Key Responsibilities-

• Taking guest order.
• Handling section and supervising all table in the section.
• Handling guest complaints and request.
• Taking care of the service standards of hotel.
• Assisting manager with achieving targets and monthly revenue,etc.

I was on internship program which consisted of the following things.

• Worked as a waiter in various outlets mostly in lounge.
• Helped other outlets whenever they needed.
• Shadowed to supervisor to learn various management task.
• Become a trainer gradually and trained new internship.
