Project Description:

The TWS scheduler tool is used to execute billing completion and confirmation, map batch jobs to process BAN files, and generate invoices for customers.

  • We need to handle two maps daily, Completion map and confirmation map
  • Completion of billing the Billing Audit take place
  • All the data from 3-heart jobs are gathered in the form of extracts and then stored into the database and aggregate data is stored into the cubes of REVENUE GUARD
  • Six months data is stored into the database and audit is take place on daily basis
  • Any issue will occur that time, I am changing the definition of views and PL-SQL procedure and then reflects the data from database for aggregation

Field-Plan7 & 90 allows planners to view jobs that are ready to be executed and technicians' details for planning, depending on the selected plan type, which could be a capacity plan as well as a deployment plan.

  • Technicians' skills and PWAs' preferences can be edited, and those can be included or excluded from the deployment plan.
  • After running the planning engine and making the required changes, the deployment plan, and capacity plan, is refreshed to reflect the modification.
  • The application aims to get the Right Man in the Right Place at the Right Time at the Right Cost with the Right Skills
  • Based on the plan type, planning is of two types: Deployment Plan—when plans are generated for small to medium-term planning.
  • This is a weekly plan applicable for 7 days.
  • Capacity plan: when plans are to be generated for medium- to long-term planning.

Responsibilities:

  • Monitored end user activities related to supported software applications in order to identify potential areas of improvement.
