· Responsible for optimization of Warehouse Capacity Utilization & Cost.

· Responsible for Bins analysis and optimizing it at warehouse by clearing the stock.

· Responsible for analysing the Non Moving SKU’s and Slow Moving SKU’s at warehouse and follow-up with team to dispatch the stock.

· Responsible for analysing NTE SKU’s and dispatching it to store.

· Responsible for analysing the transportation cost of warehouse.

· Responsible for Inbound and outbound process for PAN India DC’s.

· Maintaining of physical inventory with SAP system at all DC’s and follow up from DC’s.

· Ensuring that materials FIFO should be done at DC’s and follow with them and ensures that materials should not lying more than 48 Hrs.

· Responsible for measuring the efficiency of DC’s.

· Ensuring that offer materials is allocated to all stores as per the requirements and informing to DC’s for necessary corrections.

· Dispatching the materials to stores and take follow up with DC’s.

· Tracking the inventory of offer SKU’s at stores and dispatching it to stores before the launch of offer. And also tracking the vendor fill rate of offer SKU’s.

· Responsible for ensuring the returning the damage materials to vendors and follow with DC’s.

· Measuring the order efficiency on daily basis.

· Apply continuous improvement techniques and methods to internal processes and systems to increase efficiency and reduce costs.

· Making MIS Reports.

· Based on the BOQ shared by the projects team, share the PO’s to equipment’s vendors and following up with them to dispatch the materials before the opening of new store.

· Finding the new vendors and negotiate with them to optimising the cost of projects.

· Cost optimization of projects by finding regional vendors.

· After sales service of equipments and sharing the PO’s of equipments parts.

· Planning & monitoring demand and forecasting of inventory.

· Responsible for MRP for warehouse planning on weekly & monthly basis.

· Raising purchase orders for the requisite foods /non-foods items through ERP System.

· Analyze inventory level for any stipulative shortfalls

· Draw corrective measures to avoid such shortfalls inturn saving company’s extra expenses on emergency procurement.

· Follow up with suppliers for on time delivery of materials

· Arranging transportation for pickup of stock from vendor’s factory

· Planning of operating, raw material requirement for new stores opening and follow up with vendor for timely delivery of goods.

· Follow up with accounts department for supplier’s payment

· Responsible for the supply of materials and take necessary follow-up with the stores and Dispatch Team.

· Coordinating with cross functional team for timely closure of projects.

· Responsible for Inbound and outbound process for PAN India DC’s.

· Maintain the desired inventory levels to meet the customer service.

· Ensure inventory level are maintained at optimum levels, i.e. there is no over-stocking or under-stocking.

· Based on planning give projections to vendors and take follow-ups of material from them and raising PO in system.

· Planned raw materials projection for internal production facilities on monthly/weekly basis.

· Arranging transportation for pickup of stock from vendor’s factory.

· Planning of operating, raw material requirement for new stores opening and follow up with vendor for timely delivery of goods.

· Sharing daily batch information to production team and maintaining the proper flow of communication between the internal departments and team.

· Responsible for checking shortage of materials at stores outlet in Western region (Mumbai, Gujrat, Pune, and Goa) and giving them reversal or replacement of materials. Reduce the shortages of materials to stores. Maintain the inventory balance in commissary.

· Responsible for the Supply of New Product before the launch date and taking care that all material should reach to stores without shortage/ damage to stores within the shelf life.

· Apply continuous improvement techniques and methods to internal processes and systems to increase efficiency and reduce costs.

Studying and analysing of physical and logical movement of material from stores to assembly line the company. Learning about various inventory control techniques involved in this company like KANBAN, KAIZEN, JIT, EOQ, 5s, etc, learning - How the material’s vehicle take entry into the gate, How the GRN (goods receipt note) will make, How the invoice cum challan will originate, etc. Understanding the details of the materials in store, the materials used in production, imported material, vendors, etc.
