Currently i am handling 4 projects simultaneously and my Roles & Responsibilities include the below:

- Organizing and controlling testing process

- Improve the quality, reliability & performance of the system under test

- Estimating, Planning and managing the testing efforts

- Deploying and managing resources for testing

- Applying appropriate test measures and metrics in the product and the Testing Team

- Mentoring test lead and senior testers in the team on the work plan and strategy followed for every release.

- Present KPI metrics and RCA metrics to senior managers and leadership after every release

- Present tangible and intangible benefits to senior managers and leadership Quarterly

myConcerto (Feb 2018 - Till Now)

Project Description - It is a sales, solutioning and delivery platform with value realization, continuous innovation and business excellence as its core.

- Lead a team of 25+ headcount

- Requirements gathering and analysis, review and approve test scenarios, monitor and guide test planning and test execution, review of defects reported and tracking it to closure, publish release-wise Sign-Off mails.

- Estimating, Planning and managing the testing efforts

- Applying appropriate test measures and metrics in the product and the Testing Team

- Present KPI metrics and RCA metrics to senior managers and leadership after every release

Telstra (Aug 2014 - Jan 2018)
Project Description - Telstra is Australia’s leading telecommunications and technology company, offering a full range of communications services and competing in all telecommunications markets.
Worked on multiple roles in the same team and my roles and responsibilities include the below:

Automation Lead:

Worksoft Certify was used as Test Automation tool and below activities were performed as part of functional automation:

- Identified the automation scope

- Created Framework with assistance from Worksoft Certify team

- Automated the complete scope with a team of 4-5 resources
Test Planning Lead
- Requirements gathering and analysis of the same
- Prepare Master Test Plan document and get it approved from client
- Prepare test scenarios and detailed test cases, walk through of the same with BA and client and get the approval
- Hand Over the requirement, functionality, test scenarios and test cases to test data lead, test execution lead and testers.
- Verify the test data prepared by test data lead and pass on the same to test execution lead.
Test Execution Lead
- Analyze the requirements
- Ensure the test scenarios and test cases are understood by testers and guide them through the execution process
- Publish execution report and defect report to onshore and offshore managers
- Ensure that entry/exit criteria is met at the end of the release
- Publish overall release report to onshore and offshore managers with all required artifacts like master test plan, test scenarios, test cases and entry/exit criteria
Test Data Lead
- Analyze the requirements
- Analyze test scenarios and test cases and prepare 3 to 4 sets of test data and share the data with test execution team
- Purge the test data at end of the release
Defect Manager
- Review the defects reported by execution team
- Discuss the root cause, defect fix plan, ETA with development lead and senior developers
- Track the defects to closure for every release

Unilever (Sep 2013 - Aug 2014)

Project Description - Unilever is a British multinational consumer goods company headquartered in London, England.

I replaced a Test Lead who was on LOA, handled multiple sharepoint applications for different consumers and my roles and responsibilities include the below:

- Mentor 5 junior testers

- Assign BAU testing tasks and monitor their day-to-day activities

- Review all the test deliverables created by junior team members

- Co-ordinate with onshore and offshore manager to understand the testing scope and validate the same

- Ensure all the requirements are tested thoroughly and delivered successfully

Pfizer (Mar 2012 - Aug 2013)

Project Description - Pfizer Inc. is an American multinational pharmaceutical and biotechnology corporation headquartered in Manhattan, New York City

Played various roles and my roles and responsibilities include the below:

- Prepare Master Test Plan and share the draft version to Team Lead

- Develop test scenarios, test scripts and create test data

- Execute test scripts.

- Record problems and issues in accordance with the project's problem and issue management plans.

- Work with the application team to resolve any issues that arise out of the testing process.

- Participate in the release control process (when the application is transferred from the build team to the test team) to ensure that

solutions meet business requirements.

- Validate product fixes.

- Inform the test lead of any issues that may affect the schedule, budget, or quality of the product or the testing process.

Novartis (Jan 2011 - Feb 2012)

Project Description - Novartis is a global healthcare company based in Switzerland that provides solutions to address the evolving needs of patients worldwide.

Worked in a team of 5 to 6 testers and my roles and responsibilities include the below:

- Develop test scenarios, test scripts and create test data
- Execute test scripts.
- Record problems and issues in accordance with the project's problem and issue management plans.
- Work with the application team to resolve any issues that arise out of the testing process.
- Participate in the release control process (when the application is transferred from the build team to the test team) to ensure that

Company Description - Provides Innovative cloud solutions for Drug Safety, Clinical Development, Regulatory and Medical Affairs.

• Started my career as an ASE in Aris Global.
• Got trained in SDLC, STLC life cycle, all testing concepts, various types of testing
• Assisted test lead in preparing reports related to daily status, release status, sign-off mails and other deliverables as part of testing
