Main lead of propulsion systems all kind of propellers & shafts, stem tube bearings calibration, renewal, renew stem tube seals propellers and shafts dismantle, calibration and overhaul with new spear parts etc.
Side thrusters dismantle, calibration, renewal with new spears and installation.

Monitored and supervised the work of sub-contractors to ensure that quality, workmanship, and safety conform to the company’s standards.
Ensured that all standard operating procedures complied with specifications, quality standards, and statutory and regulatory requirements.
Drafted and briefed relevant parties on the Job hazard analysis and Work Method statement for high-risk activities. (i.e., propeller blade removal and complex lifting)
Raised purchase requisition via the SAP system for works that require a quotation.
Assisted the Project manager in preparing the work plan and repair work status.
