While many of my peers are encouraged to focus on life-changing books or those that enhance management skills, I find myself drawn to a different realm of literature. My interests lie in fantasy fiction, absurdist novels, historical fiction, and works that delve into social conventions and satire. I find great joy in exploring the complexities of human nature and society through the lens of these genres. Some of the books that have captured my attention and left a lasting impact include Metamorphosis, Pride and Prejudice, White Oleander, and The Great Gatsby. Though these may not be the typical recommendations for my age group, they offer profound insights into identity, societal expectations, and personal growth—areas that I believe are equally valuable for shaping one’s perspective on life.
