• Leading CSRBOX's Health vertical with end-to-end programme design, corporate partnership management, and impact measurement across pan India.
• Managing Impact for the Nutrition programme for UNICEF across India – coordinating community outreach, corporate engagement, and monitoring frameworks.
• Spearheading vaccination awareness programmes in partnership with Abbott and Sanofi, focusing on adult immunisation literacy, and behaviour change communication.
• Established R&D vertical for health: partnering with IIMPH students to co-author a research paper on adult vaccination intake, uptake gaps, and policy realities in India.
• The research vertical continuously tracks new government schemes, disease surveillance, and emerging CSR, health policy intersections to guide corporate health investments.
• Key clients: UNICEF, Abbott, Sanofi, EY GDS, Lenovo, IndiGo, Microsoft, and VITM.

Corporate Volunteering and NGO Capacity Building, PAN India.

• Designing and deploying large-scale employee volunteering programmes across sectors, aligning CSR mandates with SDG goals, and community outcomes.
• Building the capacity of partner NGOs through training, process documentation, M&E frameworks, and resource mobilisation support.
• Managing AI Pre-Summit Events and Sustainable Mobility and Innovation portfolio – key clients include IndiGo, MBRDI (Mercedes-Benz R&D India), and Microsoft.

• Created 35 forests with 8 lakhs of trees in 6 major cities in India.
• Engaged 25 corporates with 13000 volunteers in CSR activities.
• Acquired government land permission for 300 acres of land parcel for forest creation.
• Designed and implemented projects for CSR funds utilization in the environment, education, and other civic initiatives.
• Project partnerships with 15 colleges, 10 NGOs, and 20 corporates.
• Gained customers such as Tata Realty, Honey Well, JLL, Ford, Standard Chartered etc.
• Created ideation of events calendar volunteering employees.
• Appreciated for marketing and conducting events for Travelers Tribe a back packer hostel.

• Ensured a smooth functioning of all civic initiatives and projects by managing over 11 cities with numerous volunteer leaders and 5000 volunteers by coaching the team of volunteers.

• Planned, developed, and reported the training and developing plans for sanitization workers with senior officials of Mhanagarpalika.
• As a team lead, enabled a team of interns for planning and executing the best ways to train sanitization workers and document the progress.

• Designated as a Fellow Mentor at Laali Project for student leadership in a post-pandemic world to create young change-makers in India by enabling them with twenty-first-century skills through our different programs focusing on social, educational, sexual, and reproductive health rights.
• Mentored a group of 100 students with a team of 22 fellow mentors, towards enabling young change-makers to advance sexual and reproductive health and Menstrual Health and Hygiene (MHH).

• Enhanced the leadership skills & capacity building of 100 Headmasters and 400 teachers under the Municipal Corporation of Greater Mumbai (MCGM) by toiling with more than 6 governments schools to Improve Student Learning Outcomes.
• Conducted assessments devising the child-wise strategy and implemented Skill-based intervention to improve Student Learning thereby strengthening Library, Assembly, School Management Committee, and Building as Learning aids (BaLA) and PTA processes.
• Worked as Project Lead - BaLA project in 10 BMC schools to create the physical space around the child as a learning resource in a child-friendly manner.
• Trained 30+ government teachers with an understanding of (BaLA) to develop and use the physical space.
• Identified learning and teaching gaps and trained 30+ government teachers on Teaching as a reflective practice using TIPPS (A pedagogy advancing tool developed by NY University) to initiate an action-reflection cycle, achieving students learning outcomes through teacher's pedagogy advancement.
• Created a conducive environment for fear-free education and enhanced socio-emotional learning (SEL) to facilitate 15+ SMC workshops.
