Project Spring –
In this project we collated our entire spend of BT Technology (OUC) which was around circa 408m GBP over three years. There were around more than 200 applications we were procuring from 8 supplier (which are key technology players in the market as of now). We developed a team of key stakeholders around the world and had an intensive brainstorming to innovate a new operating model. In the new model we divided the entire deliveries in the form of Lots (every lot has a package of common requirements and functionalities) and re-negotiated on that base.

Project Diamond –
We have carried out a full end to end refresh producing a world class suite of standard procurement contracts. In which, we have developed a new contract framework, having reviewed the standard procurement templates of other organizations of a similar size, scale and complexity. Empowering Procurement, improving their contract experience (e.g. cutting down on unnecessary requirements and simplifying the specialist approvals process).
