  • The Training Plan Portal involves three key roles: Administrator (overall control), Owner (plan-level control), and Approver (approval of plans). Training plans include goals, audiences, and activities, and are published post-approval.
  • Training plans are structured using a combination of the training plan name, audience alias, goal name, and location. They are published in cycles, and changes are auto-applied using the Interim Course Change Log.
  • The Bot, built using Java-Selenium, automates data synchronization between the portals, manages exceptions, and sends automated email notifications.
  • A total of 281 defects have been identified and resolved during testing, with zero issues found in both UAT and production, ensuring high quality and reliability.
  • Hewlett-Packard ALM was used for test scenario execution and defect tracking, enabling thorough testing coverage across both development and business analytics functions.
