- Scrutiny of Invoice, Bill of Lading, Packing list, Bill of entry for Import Payments.
- Capture all proper nouns from importer provided docs and ensure that there are no AML red flags. US Sanction screening, Comprehensive / List based/ SDN checks done for all proper nouns captured. Also ensure that docs are screened for Trade based money laundering, Red flags, US Anti-boycott policies & Anti money laundering checks.
- All docs should comply with the RBI guidelines. Key details like importer name, beneficiary name, amount, currency, shipment date, MAWB/HAWB details, Boe details are matched off with Customs IDPMS file before processing the payment.
- Advance Payment / Deemed import/ Shipment in transit/High sea sale/ Courier boe transaction are also checked as per the bank checklist.
- IDPMS Checks/courier boe/manual boe/EDI SEZ Boe scrutiny and review done by matching off with the invoice and bill of lading.
- Any discrepancies found are highlighted to the client for appropriate resolution. Any compliance /Anti-money laundering / sanction related discrepancies are escalated to bank compliance team for further review and decision post referring to the Match verification guidelines. Assisting new team member by conducting training.
- Quarterly attending audit calls & resolving issues with auditor related to transactions.
- Supporting in Queries and submissions pulling.
