• Creating a separate file for each contract, checking shipping periods of purchase contracts, and making sure that full and correct shipping instructions are given to our suppliers, agents, and buyers; requesting follow-up on the pre-shipment sample process and getting approvals on time; coordinating shipping schedules with suppliers, agents, and buyers, checking pending shipments, and following up with suppliers and agents; dealing with all kinds of shipping problems (delays, equipment shortages, etc.). • Checking incoming shipping advices and entering all details into the system. • Creating outgoing shipping advices and transmitting them to buyers/agents. • Checking incoming shipping documents for completeness and correctness. • Sending copies of Bills of Lading to shipping agencies and asking for freight invoices. • Checking and booking incoming freight invoices. • Booking purchase invoices and giving payment instructions to the Finance Dept. • Issuing invoice sales and covering letters, and sending documents to the bank/buyer/agent for processing/payment. • Checking and processing incoming weight notes from buyers/forwarding agents, subject to the terms and conditions of the European Coffee Contracts. • Issuing final invoices for differences in weight (Debit or Credit Note). • Issuing warehousing/sampling instructions for unsold shipments and sending them to the warehouse housekeeper. • Checking the date of arrival/warehousing and updating the status of shipments in the system. Senior Logistics Executive. • Checking weights and irregularities, such as slack, damaged, and/or missing bags. • Dealing with rejected lots in cooperation with the trader → arranging trucking to other locations. Skills: • Effective, clear, and business communication skills. • Good presentation and demonstration skills, both written and verbal. • Computer proficiency in MS Office (Intermediate Excel), ERP – Trade & Logistics/Sales & Distribution. Knowledge: • Knowledge of customer contract processes, tariffs, terminology, and process documentation (SOP/Job Aid, key notes). • Knowledge regarding agricultural commodities/FMGC business and trading scenarios. • Application of continuous improvement and lean six sigma tools.

• Responsible for managing RCL export/import documentation, including CRO, form 13, BL drafts, invoicing, and delivery orders. Track and update the status of outbound and inbound shipments, ensuring timely coordination with clients and shipping agents. Oversee SeaLead inbound/outbound shipments, customs clearance, and inventory control using SAP. Prepare shipping documents, invoices, packing lists, and customs declarations. Update vessel schedules and maintain accurate shipment records. Collaborate with client coordinators and works with companies, importers and exporters to make sure goods are transported in the safest, most efficient and cost-effective waysuppliers, preparing daily shipment reports.

• Updating container activity details in software, allocating containers, and maintaining inventory up to date. Consulted with customers regarding needs and addressed concerns.
