Fixed income Booking:

Booking all Fixed income products i.e Corp, FGB, MTG,UST, Equities, PFD and CD/CP

• Sending allocation and receiving confirmation from broker.
• Booking knowledge on various market and broker specification.
• Manual Trades processing
• Liaising with the Brokers in sorting out issues in trade confirmations.
• Pre-matching the trades in platforms like CTM.
• Pair-off bookings of FI trades that Includes sensitive JGB trades that could be either Full pair-off or Partial Pair-off.
• Expert on sensitive AU CD/CP Trades Booking

Fixed income Settlements:

• Pre-matching of trades before settlement date

• Knowledge on various SWIFT format and FAX instruction.
• Knowledge on Euroclear, Domestic, DTC and FED wire Settlements.
• Clearing SPO and Money difference breaks.
• AU Sensitive CD/CP trades with T+0 early settlement.

FX Booking:

• Booking and sending FX Allocation to broker.
• Matching FX deals in GTSS and Sending allocations to GTSS and FXC
• Manual uploading of deals in GTSS.
• Booking NDF pair off deals.
• Full/Partial pair-off of CNH/THB pairoffs
• Sending emails to counterparties to confirm trade.

FX settlements

• Reaching out to Broker/Custodian for Non receipt.
• Knowledge on various payment SWIFT and FAX instruction.
• Good understanding on NDF and different FX product.
