Sales Growth & Customer Engagement: Actively assisted customers using cross-selling and up-selling techniques, increasing store sales. This experience has equipped me with the ability to drive product movement by influencing buying decisions.

Understanding KPIs & Performance Metrics: By analyzing key performance indicators (KPIs), I gained insights into store sales, customer preferences, and stock turnover. This knowledge is crucial for tracking sales trends and optimizing distribution.

Field & Market Observation: I closely observed the governance process of sales associates, department managers, and store managers, which helped me understand how front-end and back-end operations contribute to overall sales performance.
