Completed and handed over Clubhouse 5 & 6 project at Planet of Joy, Kharadi, managing all phases from inception to final handover.

Key responsibilities and scope of work:

• End-to-end execution, coordination, quality control, and timely completion of the project.
• Execution and finishing of interior spaces, including:
  Multi-Purpose Hall (MPH)
  Lounge & Café
  Co-working Space
  60-seat Mini Theatre
  Zen Garden
  Indoor Games Area
  Entrance Lobby
  Dance Hall
  Double-Height Badminton Court
  Rooftop Football Court
• Supervised and finalized all interior finishes, enhancing overall aesthetic and functionality.
• Execution of external development works, including:
  Cricket Pitch
  Tennis Court
  Kids' Play Area
  Jogging Track
  Wave Pool (approximately 7,000 sq. ft. with a capacity of approximately 600,000 litres.

Directed the project from start to finish, maintaining quality standards and meeting delivery timelines.

• Oversaw construction of high-rise building up to 18 stories, including parking floors in PT slab.
• Executed 120 KLD STP project, facilitating timely completion of water treatment facilities.
• Managed daily site operations, ensuring projects adhered to timelines and quality standards.
• Coordinated with subcontractors, enforcing safety compliance regulations to minimize risks.
• Directed comprehensive clubhouse works, including podium-level landscape and hardscape projects.
• Completed single-floor Mivan/Aluform shuttering mock-up for quality assurance.

• Utilized CAD software to produce detailed technical drawings and models.
• Completed finishing work on 17th floor of residential building at Project Gagan Avencia, Kharadi, Pune, enhancing project completion quality.
• Conducted site inspections ensuring adherence to safety standards and regulations, contributing to overall project safety.

• Assisted with construction of 16-storey duplex tower at gera developer unit - hemangi enterprises, from foundation to top terrace, including finishing items.
• Reviewed project specifications and requirements with senior engineers to ensure alignment with project goals.
