Join in Production as CNC Engineer. I Have Handle, Develop New Programs in CNC& VMC Machines as par Diagrams Raw Material To Finish Product.I Have also Develop jigs & fixtures for as per Job’s operation require. I will try to Reduce in cycle time and machining time .Maintain Quality Of Product. I Have do Monthly Production Planning.Handle Manpower and its proper utilization in shift. Daily Inspection Of All Machine Jobs.

Work profile-

Joining as in Production. I was handled ,VMC, HMC,Advance Millturn (WFL m120) CNC Machines equipment individually in shift,

· Develop New program like- Milling, Turning, Drilling, TappingMaintain all equipment in required,

· Solve all mismatch correction.

· Basic knowledge of Grinding like as- Naxos and NTC Machine.

· Handle Manpower and its proper utilization in shift.

· Maintain Quality of job & corrective action taken for maintains quality of product(jobs).

· Maintaining Records of Daily Production Process.

· Material requirement Planning
