• Active Directory : Guiding Account creation, Checking unlock/Account locked with resetting their day to day incidents.

• Confirmed as IT Analyst for ensuring the Major incident to be proposed and delivered to resolution at given SLA and KPI without fail.

• Performing escalation to Dashboard monitoring for our queue to make balance between the Clients for Maintaining the SLA and KPI's.

• On Major incident contacting other teams as per requirement to highlight with Priority 3 with speedup the process of resolution to create less business impact.
