3. New Business processing of SBI Life Insurance, HDFC Life Insurance, PNB Met Life Insurance and Max Life Insurance.
4. Mutual fund processing of UTI.
5. Managing Customer Service Department.
6. Coordinate with parent companies to solve internal and external customers complains and issues.
7. Managing cross sell and retention department.
8. Updating monthly, quarterly and yearly business report of all channels to management.
9. Publish daily report of the business to management.
10.Daily tracking of applications.
