I have been working at this institute to provide Home based physiotherapy for patient who cannot come to rehabilitation center. basic aim to make them independent and help them to make ambulant with which they can come visit the Rehabilitation center

As a consultant Neuro-physiotherapist I have :-

• Conducted clinical assessment with ICF format and evaluation to determine patient needs, especially of Neuro cases, such as Spinal Cord Injury, Stoke , Parkinson's and many more.
• Constructed physiotherapy treatment plans on basis of evaluation to increase clients functionality and strength which will help them to become independent. Taught patients uses of wheelchairs. Additionally, taught them doming and doffing of braces, using of canes, crutches and other prosthetic devices.
• Flow of patients were approximately 30 per day
• Inspected physician referrals and determined appropriate evaluation procedures and conducting professional meeting if needed.
• Observed and recorded patients' responses to therapies and exercises to report to practitioners and recommend adjustments to treatment plans.
