• Responsible for AN1, SF2+ABTS seats,Vohya, Longrail, Y-rail,Swivel seat Project.
• Deliver Customer model as per customer guidelines.
• Take CAD input data from design team; estimate hours for project execution and implementation.
• Maintain Action sheet for each new design loop.
• Coordinate with team members and finalize the files and maintain track record.
• Build Kinematics for DR and PA seats. Dummy positioning and belt webbing.
• Debug the DYNA check runs and full runs.
• Build Dynamic load cases- Frontal impact, Rear impact, Cargo impact for 95,50,5 Percentile dummy for different seat positions.
• Build Static load cases – Belt Anchorage tests for 100P, 120P, And 130P load. Moment H-Point SRP test, SL-Plate and SL-Pole tests, BRE-HRP tests.
• Check the results in META Post- Processor and Show the results to Design team and Counterpart.
• Compare the results for Fine Mesh and Coarse Mesh.
• Deliver Customer model with report as per guidelines.
• Built FE Model of Seat assembly as per crash analysis requirements.
• Shell meshing of plastic and sheet metal parts and tetra meshing of seat foam structure. Hex and Tetra mesh of Seating components
• Model build up of ADJ Structure, BRE Structure, HRE Structure of DR and PA Seats.
• Load Case Setup of Luggage retention ECE R-17, Belt Webbing, Dummy Position and Kinematics of seats
• Check /Free Run of complete seat model and debugging of seat
• Full run for all load cases of Seat including Front Impact, Rear Impact, Cargo Load, Side impact etc.

• FE modeling and integration for BIW Casting,Closures,Trims Assemblies,Power train Components
• FE Modeling of Tetra and Hexa Mesh Components
• Receiving the Input from clients, highlighting the queries and getting clarifications done.
