DOCUMENT INDEXING TEAM: Receiving US Residential Mortgage Post-Closing Documents from Onshore Team and Indexing them under appropriate naming convention as per Onshore Norms. Also involved as part of Quality Check for indexing documents.

CUSTOMER ENQUIRY TICKET TEAM: As a part of the CIT team, the key job responsibility is to monitor the reports generated by onshore partners and various other departments for essential missing documents and provide support by locating or requesting/receiving the missing document within the assigned TAT. Creating a report for all the missing documents after the request and supporting the onshore legal partners for further course of action and closing the request as per the assigned TAT.

MISSING TRACKER TEAM: As a part of the Missing Tracker Team, the core job responsibility is to provide support to the Onshore Partners and Loan Origination Team by tracking the Newly Originated Transfer Report, identifying the missing loans, and requesting them from the prior servicer within the assigned TAT. Creating Report of Missing Loans after request and supporting the Onshore Legal Partners for further course of action.

Exposure: Knowledge Of Document In US Residential Mortgage. Knowledge of Us Mortgage Loan Origination Process. In-depth knowledge of report handling. Email Writing Skills. Knowledge of combining various reports via VLOOKUP.

STRUCTURING TEAM: As a part of the structuring team, the keen job responsibility is to monitor the newly and seasoned loan images coming from the investors. Also, validate the images by checking the borrower's name and property address via Netronline, and make sure the documents are indexed properly through an automation tool.

User Acceptance Team (UAT): Provide feedback to the UAT in accordance with their implementation of the required changes.
